In 2018, mateco Group launched mateco IT, a separate company providing IT services to all companies within the group. Mateco IT was responsible for developing, managing, and supporting a new ERP system, driving digital transformation across the entire group.

Our Approach: IT support and Service Delivery Management

To strengthen the IT operations team, Thomas was assigned the role of Incident Problem Manager and Service Delivery Manager. He collaborated with a Cronos Group colleague to build an IT Incident & Problem framework and coordinate various teams during major incidents. In his role as Service Delivery Manager, Thomas maintained contact with business and IT single points of contact (SPOCs) and ensured smooth delivery of IT services.
